The Advanced Level instructors’ Training course is intended for school instructors, homeschooling parents, and coordinators in elementary and primary education seeking to further develop their proficiency and effectively lead their teams to success. Teachers who are unfamiliar with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Pearson Edexcel, or Cambridge Curriculums and who may be unsure about curriculum objectives, age-appropriate curriculum design, or developing efficient work plans may find this course ideal.

This training will equip participants with practical tools for effectively integrating formative and summative assessments to monitor and promote student growth. They will learn to utilise Bloom’s Taxonomy to organise instruction and evaluation, promoting higher-order cognitive processes in students. By examining fundamental learning theories—namely Behaviourism, Constructivism, Cognitivism, and Humanism—educators will gain a deeper understanding of student behaviour, learning requirements, and classroom management techniques. This training program provides educators with the resources to effectively mentor teachers, develop curriculum-aligned frameworks, and establish a supportive, student-centered learning environment.
